Apress has just recently published the first two videos in my series of educational videos on Free and Open Source Software.
Until the end of the year, they’re available to view on the Springer website. After that, they’ll be moved behind a paywall.
The first is entitled A Beginner’s Guide to Open Source Software and tells you what open source software is and how it can benefit you.
The second, Free Alternatives to Everyday Software, tells you how you can replace your proprietary programs with open source versions.
